Plasticbox - Fantastic creator, has buy and build mode add-ons, creates new meshes and overrides and fixes.Mod the Sims (this site is quite good overall, specially for mods but I'm linking my favourite mods/creators) I'd recommend you have a folder in your computer called TS4CC or whatever with folders in it (like, female clothing, buy mode, build mode, shoes, etc.) and download stuff to its correct folder and your actual mods folder, that is, the one inside Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4, also have it divided in the same way, that way your content will be organized and if you do run into any issues will be easier for you to find the culprit. Now, content that modifies your game behaviour are usually called mods, stuff like clothing, hair, furniture, etc. So, I'm extremely bored and since I always run into posts asking for CC recs I'm making a list of mine, I prefer maxis-match cc (that is, that matches the style of the game, and isn't photo-skinned textures) and go for high-quality content, I've been downloading cc since TS2 came out and have never had any issue with any of my games (at least not any that involved cc, I'm looking at you TS3).įirst of all, a tutorial on how to install custom content, it's pretty simple, but if you have any problems feel free to ask me :)
